Q: How will I receive my item?
A: After confirmation of payment, all items are shipped via TTPost courier services (Trinidad) & TNT Global (Caribbean).

Q: Do you make cash deliveries?
A: No, in order to service all our customers in an efficient manner, we do not make cash deliveries. All deliveries are made via TTPost courier services (Trinidad & Tobago) & TNT Global (Caribbean).

Q: Do you make weekend deliveries?
A: No, we do not offer weekend delivery services.

Q: Can I ship to my work address?
A: Yes, items can be shipped to either your home or work address.

Q: I already placed my order - can I change my delivery address?
A: Yes, you can change your delivery address at any time prior to shipment. Log in to your account - http://www.refinehomestyle.com/login.asp and click "View or Change Order" to make the necessary changes. You may also cal our customer assistance hotline at 868-797-5683 to make changes to your order prior to shipment.

Q: How will I know when my item ships?
A: You will receive an email from Refine Home Style when your item ships.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We ship the next business day after confirmation of payment. When you receive your package is dependent on your location. TTPost (Trinidad & Tobago) offers same day or next day delivery within Trinidad and a maximum of 48 hours to Tobago. All deliveries to remote areas (e.g. Valencia, Mayaro) will be within 48 hours up to a maximum of 72 hours.
TNT Global - Guyana - 5 days, Rest of the Caribbean - 3 days.

Q: What if no-one is at home to receive my package?
A: If no one is at home, a card-to-call will be left in the mailbox for the recipient to contact TTPost, for re-delivery or re-direction. If delivery is to a customer's office, the item is left with the authorized person at the 1st point of contact (receptionist, security).

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Track your order using the tracking number received in your shipping notification email by calling TTPost (Trinidad & Tobago) at 669-5361, extensions 514 - 516. For the rest of the Caribbean you can track you package online on TNT's Global website here: http://www.tnt.com/

Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: Trinidad: Refine Home Style offers flat rate shipping of $30 TT on all orders under $600 TT within Trinidad &Tobago. Caribbean: Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order, to see applicable rates please add items to your cart and select country of shipment.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on all orders over $600 TT within Trinidad & Tobago. There is no free shipping option for the rest of the Caribbean.
